The Carfluence dashboard is your command center for managing dealership data, monitoring integrations, and accessing AI-powered insights.

Inventory View
The inventory page is the most-used section. It provides:
- •Search: Find vehicles by VIN, make, model, or stock number
- •Filters: Filter by status (active, sold, all), data source, and more
- •Sorting: Sort by any column — price, days on lot, year, mileage
- •Detail View: Click any vehicle to see full details including price history, field-level change tracking, and source attribution
- •Stats Bar: Summary statistics — total count, average price, average days on lot
Integration Management
Each integration card shows:
- •Status: Active, paused, or pending
- •Last Sync: When data was last received
- •Vehicle Count: How many vehicles from this source
- •Sync Strategy: Overwrite, merge, or update-only
- •Logs: Click to see file processing history with timestamps, record counts, and any errors
AI Assistant
The AI assistant is context-aware — it knows about your inventory, integrations, and platform configuration. You can ask:
- •Analytical questions: "What's my average markup on used trucks?"
- •Data exploration: "Show me all BMWs that have been on the lot more than 60 days"
- •Operational questions: "When was my last vAuto sync?"
- •Help questions: "How do I set up a merge config?"
Dark Theme
The dashboard uses a dark theme by default, consistent with the Carfluence brand. The color palette uses deep purples and blues with high-contrast text for readability.
